Really wonderful evening, Vasilis was on wonderful form and the band were clearly having a ball, so were the audience! Great atmosphere, wonderful music and a cheap bar, what more could you ask from a gig.

A great monthly Jazz club with a strong resident rhythm trio and excellent selection of guest artists.

Review of Pangbourne Jazz Club presents John Thirkell + Quartet

First time at the Jazz Club and was really pleased by the quality of the music.
John Thirkell was a really good catch for the club but was very very well supported by the other players Piano, Guitar, Bass and Drums. It would be interesting to put a mic in front of the pianist sometimes as he sings to his ad libbing. Look forward to the next session.
