The Sound of Ascension Presents: The Sunday Session

THE SOUND OF ASCENSION PRESENTS: THE SUNDAY SESSION

ROB TISSERA — EXCLUSIVE 3-HOUR HOUSE SET

Sunday 7th March 2027 | 3pm–7pm
The Deaf Institute, Manchester

One room. One DJ. Three hours of proper house music.

When we created The Sound of Ascension, we had one thing in mind. Bringing together people who love house music as much as we do.

Not just the big tracks everyone knows. Not another predictable nostalgia night. But the feeling of being on a dance floor, completely lost in the music, with a DJ who knows how to take you on a journey.

And that's exactly why we've chosen Rob Tissera.

Rob has been part of the UK dance music scene for decades. He's played some of the country's most iconic clubs and events, and he's built his reputation on understanding dance floors, reading a room and knowing how to create an atmosphere.

We didn't choose Rob because we wanted the biggest name on a poster. We chose him because we believe he's the right person to deliver the experience we're trying to create.

And for this Sunday Session, he's doing something special.

Three hours of house music. A carefully crafted journey through the music we love, with the freedom to build the energy from beginning to end.

We're taking over the upstairs Music Hall at The Deaf Institute in Manchester. An intimate room, a limited number of tickets and a crowd brought together by one thing: the music.

No massive production. No unnecessary fuss. Just good people, great music and that feeling we've all been missing.

Whether you're coming with friends or arriving on your own, you're part of it.

Because it was always about the music.
