Galeria Melissa venue information

Inspired by its effervescence and cultural antagonism, Brazilian shoe brand Melissa found a perfect place to call its own in Covent Garden and establish its first European flagship.

Built in the 18th century, the Galeria is in one of the area's oldest buildings and was dreamt up by Brazilian designer Muti Randolph.

Contrasting the traditional Georgian architecture that dominates the original structure, an LED tunnel hosts rotating artistic exhibits and awaits each visitor upon their arrival.

Since its inauguration in 2014, Galeria Melissa London has held installations from the likes of Zaha Hadid, Jeremy Scott, and the Brazilian Campana Brothers, in addition to constantly opening its doors to numerous local artists.
