Terrible sound quality, unable to hear the majority of the show due to this.
Not clear in show start times, we ended up queueing for an hour when we really didn't need to!
When booking they didn't advise that we would be sitting on glorified steps. (Balcony) very uncomfortable, ended up with numb legs and back pain. We would not have booked if we had known this.

Serena Terry was fantastic absolutely no complaints about her, the venue on the other hand was badly organised, terribly laid out and unclean, we were in the balcony to begin with on the left of the stage and couldn't hear a thing for the first 15 minutes,(did anyone do a sound check?) we eventually got up to leave and a member of staff said "we have loads of seats downstairs" so we were able to see the rest of the show, chatted and bonded with loads of people who all had the same experience. Would 100% see her again, but won't be back at the venue.

Serena was fantastic, what I could hear. We were in the balcony and the sound was awful. Heard about 25% of what Serena was saying.

Serena was brilliant!
Actual venue not so great...the stall seating was way too many fold out plastic chairs rammed into too small a space. Not helped by people who had paid to sit in the unallocated balcony seating above, taking up some of the stalls allocated seats, then making such a fuss with the bouncers that they caved and moved them closer to the front - giving them better seats! Poorly managed. Wouldn't want to go to the venue again.

Great comedy, letter/number on chairs was wrong which caused some issues. Drinks range was very basic and not that impressive.

We could not hear the act whatsoever. She actually came on stage on the second half and apologised and said we would get a refund. I spoke to Alice on the staff afterwards as advised, and she took my name but no other details and said Skiddle would be in touch with me. Our entire section could not make out 1 word that was said in the first half. The staff were so lovely, although Alice did not seem very helpful. I was not confident Skiddle would know exactly who I am just by my name. We were moved to downstairs at the back and were able to hear the second half although we had missed the majority of the show, as the second half was Q&A’s.
