Complete rip-off with no organisation, nothing provided as described and shocking Skiddle customer service, i.e., not being able to help resolve the complaint. If you are acting as an agent, you must take some responsibility for the service offered by the promoter matching the description you are displaying.

Review of EastzEast Presents EurovisioN Live Shows & After Party

This was an absolute disgrace and the owners and event organisers should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. Not as advertised. No welcome, no welcome drink, no open bar, room not set up at all, no air conditioning, no DJ, no games or activities, 2 x small projector screens out of sync with no sound, no table service, dirty toilets, rude staff, and when I asked for a refund, I had to explain why and wait 30 minutes for it to be processed. We left after 10 minutes along with many other people. As a British person, I feel embarrassed and ashamed. Plenty of European visitors also paid £35 a ticket to come to this scam event and probably won't ever come back to the UK or Liverpool again as a result. 

Review of Live Eurovision Final & After Party

What an absolute disaster.... they had simply sold tickets for an 'event' when anyone could walk off the street and go upstairs to the 'event' room. Shocking really. Audio/visuals terrible - at least for a singing event (Eurovision screening) you have proper audio, but no... ceiling speakers is what you get... No benefit whatsoever for paying for this...

An event of Eurovision where everything about the festival was terrible. At the door the workers didn't know nothing about the ticket, the volume too low, the screen couldn't see properly, in resume a totally disaster.
