Coney Woods venue information
Fast becoming the UK’s most diverse and creatively delivered electronic music event, Noisily Festival announces its full line-up on Thursday 6th February 2014. Having grown slowly over the past 2 years, the event is now ready to take on the UK and show its true colours.
This year sees the arrival of the Liquid Stage from Glade Festival; it joins the multi genre Noisily Stage and the House and Disco anchored Tree House Stage, further cementing the events cutting-edge feel and creative programming ethos.
Set deep in the rolling hills of Leicestershire in the heart of rural England, Noisily Festival of Electronic Music and Arts lies in one of the most beautiful and secluded wooded valleys in the country.
THE NOISILY STAGE
Featuring the best electronic talent around, the cross-genre Nosily Stage will see headline performances from English electronica leading light Max Cooper, Scottish techno legends Slam, dub electronica pioneer Gaudi and progressive psychedelic prodigy Phaxe.
Voted Beatport’s top artist of 2012 as well as RA's best live act of the same year, Max Cooper is endlessly adaptable; his ethereal sound transfers beautifully to the dance floor where his heavier techno beats keep crowds moving and entranced.
Joint headliners Slam have defined techno in Scotland for the past two decades, and remixed everyone from Daft Punk to Underworld. Taking time away from their demanding global touring schedule, the legendary UK duo will be taking the helm from Max Cooper and steering the techno into the cover of darkness.
Alongside these artists the Noisily Stage will be playing host to the popular western European progressive techno and trance sound, including performances from Phaxe, Symphonix, True Lies & Solid Snake.
THE TREE HOUSE STAGE
The home of House music at Noisily, this lofty DJ booth has already heard some legendary performances, but this year it’s set to blow all that out of the water. With a closing DJ set from Polydor signed Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, and exquisitely curated Friday and Saturday nights hosted by House of Disco and Audio Donuts, The Treehouse Stage is set to explode into the collective festival mindset as one of the most unique stages in the UK.
TEED is fast becoming a household name with remixes for artists as diverse as Disclosure and Foals, yet this Oxford boy still has his feet firmly planted in the underground and sets for Rinse FM and Boiler Room have been received with great acclaim.
We're very excited that House of Disco have secured us the UK dance music legend Greg Wilson. With a career stretching back into the 80's, he has more recently turned his capable hand to Disco, and has rapidly become a leading light in the scene.
2562/A Made Up Sound has been constantly exploring the experimental edges of dance music throughout his prolific career, a true innovator, his DJ sets as A Made Up Sound take this musical genius and transfers it to four to the floor dance floor filling House/Bass music.
THE LIQUID STAGE
Noisily Festival has taken on the mantle of being the spiritual home of psychedelic culture here in the UK, and with the addition of the new Liquid Stage at this year’s event, psychedelic music once again has a home at a major UK festival.
