Agar Nook Community Centre

The Community Centre building is owned by the EMH group, however it is leased to and ran by the Agar Nook Community Association. All tenants and residents on the Agar Nook estate are welcome to become a member of the association and can put themselves forward for the trustee roles provided they meet the requirements set out under Charity Law. Our AGM is held around October each year and a new board of trustees is elected. The Agar Nook Community Association (ANCA) Management Committee meets 4 times a year to discuss things such as room hire rates, policies, proceedures, finances and where the centre should focus its efforts. For 2017 the committee have decided to focus on Welbeing and mental health.
