Didn’t even get the chance to get in was stood in the cue an got locked off

Terrible, company not responding to any customers due to the event being shut down.

Not happy , I’m really annoyed.. 
I want my money back .. for there at 5.45 and the event was cancelled 

It was all good until it got locked off by feds 2 hours in. Also wasn’t allowed to get refunds for the drinks tokens even though there was over £50 of unused tokens 

Spent £75 on tickets for it to get cancelled before I got their I want my money back 

Are you mad I paid for tickets ,you did no entry before 7 , I got there at 6 and it had been shutdown . I paid for a hotel and everything if it’s social distancing then there is a certain ammount of people aloud inside but you was letting people pay at the door if I don’t get refunded I willl sue your company 

Didn’t even get into the event as the police shut it down! Didn’t get passed the gate extremely disappointed and would like a refund! 

CRAP.  Shouldn’t sell so many tickets and let as many people in if sticking to government guidelines. Ruined it for us all.

Poorly managed and became chaos for police to shut it down after a couple of hours, could’ve lasted so much longer and till the end of the night if bouncers made customers adhere to social distancing and pod rules they made just carelessly enforced so waste of money only being their two hours however I know the event wasn’t overly expensive to be at, music was decent to my surprise, venue could’ve been better than a small car park but corona closed off the indoor arena which would’ve helped spread more people out and all the atmosphere and people were sound just not following social distancing whereas other events places like social avenue in sheff and Manchester manage to run social distance events weekly with no issues.
