About

CHARACTER ACTORS

Leeds' only British-Dutch-Seychellois band have spent the past few years playing across the UK with the country's best punk artists, and bashing out some well-received DIY releases on the way. In publications from Distorted Sound to Punk Rock Theory, they've been compared to The Menzingers, Jeff Rosenstock, PUP, Joyce Manor and more. In September, they released A History of Crashes, a ten-track CD documenting their first five years, ahead of a new album in early 2027.

WE CAN’T STAY SAFE

Carving out a space where towering emo melodies collide with the heavy, distorted punch of late-90s/early-00s alternative rock.
They’ve quickly caught the attention of the Northern DIY scene with their debut single, Death By Misadventure. Their music is defined by a brilliant contrast: bright, infectious guitar riffs and driving rhythm sections that back raw, stark lyrics exploring the anxieties of modern life.

Drawing comparisons to torchbearers like The Hotelier and Spanish Love Songs, We Can’t Stay Safe build songs around the catharsis of a breakdown and the soaring relief of a massive chorus. Live, they channel that collective stress into a heavy, hopeful, and incredibly high-energy set.

GAMBLING WITH DOGS

A Post-Emo band that effortlessly blend the bright twinkly guitar stylings of Midwest-Emo with the High Energy of Pop-Punk. Their latest project “A Place That You Left Haunted” showcases the bands ability to fuse intense instrumentation with themes of melancholy and loss. Each song has an edge that cuts deep and infects audiences with danceable grooves and hard hitting lyrics, that is shown on latest release “Fragments”. Recently, The Dogs have headlined shows in Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent, along with notable gigs supporting bands such as Hot Mulligan, Death Lens and Clay Lake.

NO ONE’S DAUGHTER

A Leeds-based alternative-rock / grunge band you can't get out of your heads; are a fast up and coming band, inevitable to become a well established name in the alt-rock scene. Inspired by Paramore, The Amazons, and Deftones, they create effortlessly enticing songs that pull you in from the first hook and live shows that audiences will struggle to forget.
