The venue was great, but the promotors were unorganised. We had VIP tickets and had to wait outside for 10 minuted before someone came down to check our tickets.
We were eventually taken to our table. 15 minutes later a lady (one of the organisers) told us we had been put on the wrong table??
After deliberation we managed to keep the table.
VIP ticket holders were promised access to 2 venues, but when we wanted to go upstairs security told us the venue had been oversold and prevented us from entering Angelicas.
Lastly the queues for the toilets were ridiculous. People were waiting for free cubicles for 20-30 minutes.
I hope the promotors/organisers learn from this. It just isn't good enough for the price of the ticket!
Go back to drawing board and learn from this!

Angelica venue information

Located on the sixth floor of the new Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre, Angelica is the ultimate destination for locals and visitors alike. With a wraparound planted terrace and panoramic city views outside, Angelica is a must visit location in Leeds.

Bright and airy in design, a central feature of this penthouse bar and restaurant is the spectacular pewter bar, offering exciting new drinks brands and serious cocktails from a team of skilled mixologists. Signature cocktails include the ‘Strawberry and Elderflower Bellini’ and the ‘Cool as a Cucumber’, alongside classic cocktails served with a twist, such as ‘The Angelica Espresso Martini’.

Angelica serves brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from 11am, using ingredients sourced locally from our neighbouring suppliers. Menu items available include the timeless classics; Caesar salad with roasted chicken or grilled prawns, open steak sandwich, and steamed mussels in a garlic, shallot and white wine sauce. Why not go for one of our sharing boards? Meat, cheese or fish, they are perfect to share amongst friends whilst overlooking Leeds’ city skyline.

Our homemade Yorkshire Afternoon Tea makes for the perfect afternoon treat. Enjoy scones, sandwiches, cakes and delicious sweet treats, six floors high, with the option to go bottomless by adding free-flowing Prosecco.
