Was shockin, wouldn’t be doing it again. Place was cold had no music. Had wrapping paper hanging from walls for decoration, Santa kept pulling his beard off and the lights broke in the grotto so had to go out where there was no atmosphere to get my babies first Santa photo was really disappointed worth going to the more expensive places cause at least you get an experience

I booked Santas grotto because it said there was activities, what I didn’t realise was the activities were dancing to head shoulders knees and toes with a poorly dressed elf, when we finally got to see santa he was great, 
wish I could have skipped the elf bit and gone straight to Santa, what a waste of nearly £22 i won’t be going next year or ever again it was better last year when it was free 

Best I’ve seen spend time with the kids and reading a story ect 

I thought the overall experience wasn't worth the money. The present of santa wasn't really worth the money paid, which would have been totally acceptable if the experience made up for it but unfortunately it didn't. I was under the impression they would have had a personal one on one time with santa they didn't. My little girl was really looking forward to telling santa her Christmas list but they didn't get given that chance. It just felt like that got as many people is as they could to make as much money as possible. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming though. I don't have a bad word to say about any of the staff at all. 

We waited a little longer than anticipated in the queue but the elf kept the children entertained. Decoration in the grotto was fantastic. Santa was amazing and Mrs Claus was very friendly

Very over priced. The gift from Santa was rubbish.

Lovely family atmosphere, Santa’s grotto was amazing, one of the best santas I have seen, and of course Geordie Elf, fantastic experience. Well recommended.
