We turned up to the event and the venue didn't even know it was happening until the morning of. The queues were huge and we ended up missing the first few games of bingo that we had paid for due to there being only one member of staff working on the tick*t counter. Our tick*t included food, which we didn't get as the venue ran out. They took our order and then the food never arrived and we had to chase it up. Getting drinks from the bar was a 20 minute minimum wait as, again, there was only one member of staff working behind it. Overall the event was a bit of a shambles, not the staffs fault as they weren't even aware it was happening, but I wouldn't recommend going to another event at buzz bingo Crawley after what we experienced yesterday.

Massive queues 1 person on sales 1 person on reception... we missed our 1st game although we got there at 6.30..... was told 40 min wait on food so ordered before start of games morning to come out within 15 mins so food thwn got cold as we were trying to play

Had a fantastic evening. Met some lovely people. Had a very tasty burger. Enjoyed all of the games. The host was very funny. The live girl band was amazing. I was up dancing all night. I won a blow up boom box and a blow up microphone.  Will definitely be booking for any future events. Price was very reasonable considering what the evening entailed. 😁?'??'??'??'??'"

Review of 80's Vs 90's - Crawley 25/10/24

Was a good idea, should have been advertised better then you may have got more people in & a better atmosphere. The venue needs to sort out staffing & get more for these event nights. We asked multiple times for the lights to be dimmed as then you would get more people dancing & a better atmosphere but it didn't happen. We made it a fun night & it was good but improvements can be made to make it a great night!

Had a really good time, it was the first we have been to one of these nights and we had a really good time... two in our group even won a full house! 
Will happily return again if they come back to Crawley

There wasnât a band it was just a woman. We had to pay an extra Â£10 if we wanted electronic bingo instead of paper. The atmosphere wasnât really good. The games were ok.
