we paid for VIP tickets, when we got to the door, everyone was being let in for free and by the time the act was on (almost an hour and a half late at that)  it wasn’t even who was supposed to be headlining. complete waste of money and time

We arrived to the venue after paying for 3 tickets online. When we arrived we were not asked to show tickets or pay at the door. Having paid money we felt it extremely unfair that others will have accessed the venue for free. 
Any information as to why this happened would be grateful. I also feel that a refund would be appreciated too. 



Turned up and the venue was nearly empty. Paid for a ticket only to see that they were letting people in for free because it was so emptyâ?¦not impressed at all! Hadnâ??t advertised property so no one knew it was on!!!

Another brilliant night that Dave brought to Carlisle ?

       HI.,AT MY AGE (69 YEARS) I CAN ONLY MANAGE SEVERAL HOURS AT A SESSION LIKE THIS IF I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 2 HOURS TOP UP SLEEP THE PREVIOUS AFTERNOON.I WAS INITIALLY WITH A FRIEND WHO HAD TO QUIT AFTER ONE HOUR OWING TO WORK THE FOLLOWING MORNING.I DID SEE DAVE IN CARLISLE IN FEBRUARY 2001.AND NATURALLY SHALL NEVER FORGET THE 9 SESSIONS (WITH KISS-FM) HE HOSTED AT THE ASTORIA,CHARING CROSS ROAD,LONDON (NO LONGER THERE) FROM FEBRUARY 1991-FEBRUARY 1992 WITH THE TOP DANCE ACTS ON STAGE.ADDED TO THAT WAS THE SET AT TOTTENHAM RITZI (AFTERBURN RAVE) ON BOXING NIGHT 1991.REST ASSURED LAST NIGHT''S WAS PROBABLY THE BEST SET OF HIS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! AND I HAD A WHITE ENVELOPE TO HAND IN ON HIS BEHALF FROM RESULTS PAINSTAKINGLY TRANSCRIBED LAST WEEKEND (IT TOOK 1/2 A DAY TO TYPE) OF THE 32 1991 KISS-FM TRACKS AHEAD OF UK TOP 40 ALONG WITH THE 89 TRACKS AHEAD FOR 1992 (NB BBC4 CONCLUDED OCTOBER 92 YESTERDAY EVENING PRIOR TO HEADING TO HIS SET BUT I CAN ASSURE THAT THE NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 92 WERE FULLY VERIFIED RE UK TOP 40-IE SUNDAY ON RADIO ONE).ACTUALLY,THERE ARE 2 EX KISS-FM DEEJAYS IE JUDGE JULES AND GRAHAM GOLD WHO KNEW OF THAT ARCHIVE VIA SCANNED EMAIL BACK IN 2004,13 YEARS BEFORE IT FIRST WENT LIVE ON OUR WEBSITE.DAVE SOLELY FEATURES (SINCE 2017) IN THE LIVE AUDIO SHOW ON THE SITE IE "DAVE PEARCE AND SARAH HB LIVE FROM ROGER SMITH HOTEL,NEW YORK CITY-US INDEPENDENCE DAY-4TH JULY 1994).
