CARDIFF SET FOR A CUBAN REVOLUTION
Revolution set to open its first rum concept bar in Wales - Revolución de Cuba
The UK’s favourite vodka bar, Revolution is bringing a fresh Latin spirit to Cardiff after choosing the city to open its first dedicated rum bar in Wales – Revolución de Cuba.
The new Revolución de Cuba bar in The Friary, Cardiff will officially open on Friday 16th March with a spectacular launch party.
Bringing the true spirit of Havana to Cardiff, the red carpet launch party will see a live Cuban band, cocktail masterclasses and Cuban-inspired food provide just some of the entertainment and refreshments. Serving over 50 rums from across the globe, the new concept builds on the growing popularity of the Cuban spirit and will feature classic cocktails such as the Mojito, Daiquiri and the Mai Tai, as well as sharing drinks presented in prohibition style teapots.
Open all day, seven days a week, Revolución de Cuba will cater for those wishing to book private parties and special occasions with family, friends or colleagues.
Customers looking for a bite to eat will be served a new cantina menu of dishes with a Cuban twist. It features delicious delights such as Revolución de Cuba’s popular ‘Cuban Hot’ burger, tasty burritos, steaks and the bars’ unique tapas-style small plates ranging from ‘Roasted Chorizo’ to ‘Gambas Mojito’.
