Motorpoint Arena Cardiff can be found in the centre of the UK’s youngest Capital City, easily accessible by car, rail or public transport. Ever since local legend Dame Shirley Bassey took the stage on our opening night nearly 18 years ago, we have been hosting stellar performances from the likes of Sir Tom Jones, Elton John, Iron Maiden, The Killers, Westlife, Oasis, Kings of Leon and Lady Gaga to name just a few. We are also a popular Venue for some of the biggest names in Comedy, with Lee Evans scheduled for a hotly anticipated return to Cardiff in late 2011, and Peter Kay having just completed a run of sold out shows on The Tour That Doesn’t Tour tour.
