· At Buffalo we aim to provide a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a quality service to all our customers by offering a unique range of quality food, spirits, cocktails, imported beers, coffee, wine, DJs, live entertainment, film and art.
· Buffalo at night is committed to providing the thinking club goer an alternative to the more mainstream bars and clubs in Cardiff, therefore creating a friendly and safe drinking environment for your night out.
· At Buffalo we do our best to stock locally sourced produce for all our food. Our food is kept simple, appetizing and is freshly made to order.
· We at Buffalo pride ourselves on the quality and presentation of our cocktails, which are made by our trained staff. Why not try one of our premium range cocktails, unique in Cardiff and containing only premium range spirits.
· We believe in helping to promote and showcase local new music. Therefore Buffalo’s daily soundtrack consists of quality, classic and new music mixed with tracks from local bands, Djs, producers & songwriters to help bring their music to a wide audience.
· We aim to showcase new local talent in the visual arts through themed nights at Buffalo.
· We at Buffalo have searched the world and traveled the length of Britain to source out original furniture and decor for the bar which consists of hand picked classic 50s, 60s and 70s furniture and art deco influenced design. Hours visiting auctions, antique dealers, and searching e-bay have been invested to provide a unique but practical design for the bar.
· Buffalo is committed to recycling our waste wherever possible as well as using energy saving appliances and accessories where appropriate.
· At Buffalo we try to create a happy and healthy working environment for all our staff by providing extensive training, consultation and opportunities for their input into the business. We abide by all health and safety laws, therefore you the customer should expect an excellent and friendly service.
· ‘Friends of Buffalo’ cards are available which offer daily discounts and reduced or free entry to our weekly events. Cards are provided at the discretion of the management.
