Fuchsia Restaurant and Lounge Club in Bristol has won an award for its exceptional interior design by industry magazine Theme. Fuchsia opened in September in Nelson Street in Bristol. London interior designers Mode were behind the design, working closely with the five directors to create a destination like no other in the South West. A grand staircase connects the fine oriental dining restaurant on the first floor and a lounge club on the top floor. Black marble flooring and lacquered wood provides a seductively dark backdrop stylishly enhanced by fuchsia pink throughout. At a ceremony at the Grand Hotel in Brighton last night, Fuchsia scooped the ‘Best Interior Design’ title in Theme Magazine Awards South Regional Finals. They go through to the national finals to be held in London in June 2004.
