Review of Symphonic Ibiza Brighton

Morning.

Im writing this as a formal complaint. 
I bought 2 tickets to ibiza on the beach. I bought tickets in early well in advance and we booked a hotel for the date too. The date was for 22nd August. The tickets said 22nd Aug so on the 22nd of August we made our way to Brighton from an hour away. 
We got down to where the location was to find no stage and no event. 
At this point your ticket info still said 22nd August on it. 
We googled quickly to find out that the event had actually already happened the month before!!!!! 
I  even got another email the day after on 23rd August asking how the event was???!!!!

I paid over Â£40 for the tickets and train tickets on top which was another Â£36!!! Luckily we managed to cancel our hotel and went home instead!!!!! 

I cant believe that your system doesn't notify the ticket holder if the date changes!!!! How can you sell tickets for something for a specific date and not update your system if that date changes? 

We really expect a full refund as this has nothing to do with us..... we turned up on time on the date you told us too! We were so disappointed as we had put a lot of planning into being able to come to the event!!! 

How can this be allowed to happen?
