I purchased tickets to the masquerade party at the Vaults for Saturday 11th November. I purchased the tickets online prior to the event at Â£11.25pp but yet noticed that tickets were actually cheaper at the door on the night at Â£10pp.


The party was due to start at 10pm and we made our way to the venue at 11pm. By this time we were hoping that the venue will have filled up a little.Â 


Firstly we noticed on our arrival that no one was wearing any masquerade masks. Secondly we found the venue and dance floor to be small in size. Thirdly it felt very much that the venue had been hired by a decent sized party and that we were gate crashing it.


We only stayed for around an hour and left due to feeling that uncomfortable. This was hugely disappointing for us as we had been really looking forward to the party.Â 


I was out celebrating my birthday with a few of my friends who had all gone to the trouble of purchasing masquerade masks that we were not able to use.


I would like an explanation for all the issues raised in this email.

Quite fun! Interesting. But I haven't gotten the post-event email yet. Any problem?

Never been speed dating before but was a nice venue, very relaxed. Shame some of the guys didn't show up though.

It was my first time at speed dating and Jayne our host was wonderful and kept us all at ease . The night was planned well but also laid back too so we didn't feel pressured  . I would definitely recommend it to a friend and I would go again for sure .
