Following a successful second edition, Dundee techno festival doof in the park has announced Early Bird tickets and sign ups for next year. A festival curated and headlined by Dundee native Hannah Laing, the festival brings various techno and trance acts to the city’s Camperdown Park in the peak of summer.

The festival’s second stint took place last weekend on Saturday 4th July, featuring an expanded four stages and bringing Paul van Dyk, Eddie Halliwell and Lilly Palmer to the Central Lowlands.

Laing said she was “so proud of what we’ve created this weekend,” citing new additions like the new stages, the impact of her community DJ space doof studios, and the Ellie Phone, a tribute to Laing’s childhood friend Ellie Scanlan who tragically passed away last year.

Derek Martin, co-founder of festival partner EE Live, added that “seeing so many people come together in Dundee marks a landmark moment in the festival’s journey. We can’t wait to return for year 3 as doof in the park continues to go from strength to strength.”

You can sign up for Early Bird tickets now, which go on sale tomorrow at 10am, Friday 10th July.
