Hello again, remember me? I'm back with more inbox bothering details on where to head in the future - and there's soooo much choice to get your weekend adventures lined up in 2015.

Festivals

Wahey Festivals! We're that excited about what lies ahead we made a playlist of the songs we think you'll hear in the fields of love this year. We've also just gone on sale for Outbreak, and looked at the Norwegian connection behind Liverpool's Threshold.

There's plenty more in the near future to look forward to, with hard rock mecca Download, idyllic Scottish paradise Belladrum and the effervescent Croatia Rocks among the many options. Fancy something different? Find your perfect jaunt with our Festival Finder

Clubs

Before all that summer excess though get on a dancefloor. Sankeys will be back in full effect soon with a double header next weekend. Leeds' The Warehouse has an excellent start to the year lined up, as does Leicester's Streetlife, whilst this weekend Nightvision kicks off with Breach - check out our interview with him.

Skiddle Mix 023 - Lauren Lo Sung (Lo Life) by Skiddle on Mixcloud

Hedonistic doyens Horse Meat Disco provide the perfect January blues antidote, whilst Soul Clap will be delivering an intimate show in Liverpool next month. Interview wise we've caught up with 2015's next big things SEFF and Lauren Lo Sung (check her mix for us above), and acid house hero Jon Carter recently, as well as being given this pretty special mix from Brodanse.

Live Music

So much live music to look forward to in this year. February has shows from street poet Kate Tempest, soul lothario D'Angelo and Americana dons War on Drugs all to come, whilst further in the future electronica superhero Flying Lotus emerges - we rounded up our favourite bits from him here. We also spotlighted what Liverpool promoters par excellence Evol have lined up for the year.

That's me for the minute - stay frosty.
