Ruf Dug is every bit as diverse as he is dedicated when it comes to music. With a ridiculously extensive record collection to his name, the Manchester-based artist makes the city's scene that little bit better with every party he organises.
Most notably, he's hosted Wet Play and Dancers Wanted events plus parties in conjunction with his Ruf Kutz label, which has a following from some big dance names including Pearson Sound and Erol Alkan.
His mix for us is filled with lush downtempo jams and jazz-laced gems, this is the sort of mix that leaves you questioning the name of every tune.
He'll be playing with Pender Street Steppers at Hidden in Manchester for a Ruf Kutz and Rhythm Section party next month. Tickets are available from the box below.
