Sankeys Ibiza: Further residencies announced

Following on from last week's announcements which saw Tribal Sessions and VIVa Warriors return to Sankeys' Playa d'En Bossa home, the favoured clubbing institution announces more of its new look roster for the eagerly awaited 2014 season.

Thursdays at Sankeys Ibiza will see Dirtybird gives way to the unparalleled talents of French g-house protagonists Amine Edge & DANCE and their increasingly powerful Cuff record label (below).

Proudly purveying a rugged, raw, attitude ridden take on house music, Amine Edge & DANCE have helped nurture a fresh and exciting new breed of electronic music, marrying hip hop ideals and rap vocals with beats and bass that is sure to dominate Ibiza this year. With Sankeys making a habit of championing the newest and freshest sounds, their teaming up with France's finest g-house players is sure to be one of the most exciting nights on the island. 

Fridays will welcome back Flying Circus, with Anthony Middleton and Luca Saporito, AKA Audiofly back at the controls. Following on from their storming 2013 campaign, it was only reasonable to expect the two potent house and techno forces to return to Sankeys.

As label bosses of the reliably on point Supernature imprint, and most recently Maison D'Etre, Audiofly have carved exciting new paths in techno and house, putting them inn demand at some of the world biggest dance events, such as WMC and Barcelona's Sonar. If 2013 is anything to go by, we're in for another wicked season.

On to Saturdays now, and brand new to Sankeys comes Magna Carta, the London based party starters whose bringing of fresh artists to cool and random spaces across the capital has lead to a number of immensely well received sell out shows, with the likes of Nick Curly, Marc Antona and Matthias Tanzmann making regular appearances.

We can look forward to recurring sets from forward thinking artists like Samu.L, East End Dubs (check out his mix above), Jordan Peak in the upcoming season, as Sankeys once again continues with its ever evolving, cutting edge Ibiza program.
