Out of Bounds presents Dusky

Edinburgh's leading rave site Liquid Rooms will be the venue for the Out Of Bounds team to unleash their latest clubbing onslaught on the 29th September. Hooked in for the occasion will be one of house music's most nascent forces - Dusky for a first rate four hour marathon set.

The increasingly hailed two piece have been churning out some of the most unique booty shaking bass driven house cuts of recent times, following from their sophisticated debut on Anjunadeep back in 2011.

Now regulars on cool as hell imprints like Will Saul's Aus Music and Loefah's house focused School Records, Dusky continue to unleash a wickedly unique sonic dexterity that falls somewhere in the modern deep house category but offers a more rugged, stripped back tech flavour with lean melodic leanings to create a sound fiercely their own. With some of the modern scene leaning towards the formulaic and generic, it's acts like Dusky that are truly pushing things forward in exciting, floor focused directions. It's no surprise that they have been enlisted at some of the summer's biggest festivals (Exit, Hideout and Bestival to name just three).
