Back for a third year, Exeter's Hijacked Festival returns in 2016 with its usual impressive line up of all that is good in underground electronic music.

Hijacked's first wave of names for the West Country event include drum & bass originator Shy FX alongside DJ, producer and dancefloor experimentalist Paul Woolford. Also featuring on the bill is grime MC Novelist while Gentleman's Dub Club will perform a special live set.

Also appearing at Double Locks on Thursday 26th May will be Aerial, Alex Woolley, Budos, Duplex Sound and Family Tree Soundsystem on what is already looking like another classic event from the Thick as Thieves crew.

Last year saw a 5,000 crowd party at Powderham Castle to the likes of TEED, Ms Dynamite, Congo Natty and Big Nartstie (check out the film above) while this year's move to the idyllic surroundings of the  banks of the Exeter Ship Canal will see the event push on and expand in both quality and size.
