On Thursday, 10th July 2025, the team behind Motion held a funeral service ahead of the final weekend for the Bristol nightclub. Taking place on Avon Street close to Temple Meads Station, the occasion welcomed fellow club goers to pay their respects, after a 19-year-long run.
Those who attended dressed in black as they watched a hearse covered in black cloth being carried out of the venue. Videos of the funeral were then broadcast on the social media platform, TikTok, where people were able to pay their respects online.
