Cocktails with flavour profiles as diverse as fermented tuna and Okinawan black sugar are on the menu as part of a free festival heading to London next week.

Spanning 45 Asian bars across the capital from Monday 22nd to Sunday 28th June, Taste The Cocktail features London bartenders crafting unusual cocktails celebrating the rare and remarkable flavours of Asia.
The festival has been created by the team behind London Cocktail Week - established by Hannah Sharman-Cox and Siobhán Payne in 2010 - and The Orientalist Spirits - an all-Asian spirits house founded by entrepreneur Michel Lu - and spans locations dotted around the city like GONG Bar at The Shard, hidden Stoke Newington bar As Above So Below, Malaysian speakeasy 19FiftySeven, Nobu, and Sexy Fish.
You can register for a free festival guide on Taste The Orient’s website.
