World conquering pop sensation, Beyonce has released the first single from her forthcoming seventh studio album, Renaissance, due out later next month.

The multiple Grammy Award-winning artist began ripping images from her social media accounts last week, sending fans into a frenzy as rumours of new music began to grow. Just days later, Beyonce announced what many had hoped for, stating her latest project, her first album in six years following 2016's Lemonade, would hit digital streaming platforms and stores on Friday 29th July.

The hooky new track, 'Break My Soul', sees the accomplished forty-year-old singer, songwriter and actress taking her sound in yet another new direction. Paying homage to the golden era of dance music, the single includes samples from one of the biggest house records of the 90s, 'Show Me Love' by Robin S. It's a groove-laden, four-to-the-floor, certified summer bop, lifted by vintage synths, piano loops and Beyonce's unmistakable voice heard proudly proclaiming, 'You won’t break my soul' over and over again.

Mark our words. We fully expect to hear this one being spun in clubs around the globe this summer.
