This year, Ghana’s capital Accra will play host to the increasingly popular Afro Nation festival. Following an absolutely huge amount of interest in the festival that takes place in stunning surroundings, the first wave of talent has been released for what promises to be a monumental party this December 27th-30th.
The most recent addition to the line up sees grime Godfather Wiley join the list of headliners at the festival, while Sneakbo also joins the supporting cast along with Eyi Shay, DJ So Good and more.
Other headliners include Nigerian reggae-dancehall legend Burna Boy, the record-breaking Davido, Alkaline, Wizkid, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale amongst many others including Not3s and Yxng Bane. Festival-goers can expect a party filled with afrobeat, dancehall, pop and hip-hop performances.
The four-day festival will take place on Accra’s incredible Laboma Beach, with hotels and camping spots situated near the site.
With DJ’s such as DJ Distruction Boyz and DJ Vyrusky spinning some hip-hop and afrobeat bangers late into the night, Afro Nation 2019 is a festival you’d be foolish to miss.
