Are pre-payment plan tickets available?

Yes Payment Plan tickets are available so you can spread the cost of your ticket over multiple smaller payments. You can find more information about Payment Plans here

 

What happens If I bought a ticket and cannot attend?

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Wonderwood is at Valliants Farm, Preston on Saturday 24th July 2021.

 

Where is Wonderwood?

 

Wonderwood is located in Valliants Farm which is around 15 miles north-west of Preston city centre. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the city centre. The postcode is PR3 6BL

 

Does Wonderwood have onsite camping?

No, Wonderwood is a non camping festival so camping equipment is not needed. As Wonderwood is an all day event, it is worthwhile thinking about your travel arrangements to and from the event.

 

Does Wonderwood have any age restrictions?

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Parklife. You may be asked to show photo ID.

 

Can I bring my own food and drink into Wonderwood?

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink into Wonderwood. There will be a wide variety of food and drink stalls inside the arena.
