Vanessa Forero

We’re delighted to welcome Vanessa Forero to the Mill on Saturday 3 October for a very special solo concert.

Expect a beautiful mix of music from the great pianist-songwriters of the 1970s, alongside Vanessa’s own deeply personal songs.

A Yorkshire-raised musician with Colombian roots, Vanessa has composed music for major film and television projects and worked with artists including the Liverpool Philharmonic, as well as brands such as Apple, Google, Audi and Adidas.

Her remarkable story was brought to a wider audience through Ben Fogle’s New Lives in the Wild, which featured her extraordinary family history and life in a self-built Colombian treehouse.

Now she’s bringing her music to the Mill. An intimate, joyful and very special evening with one of Yorkshire’s most fascinating musicians.
