Review of Pete Williams in Concert

                Overall rating: 5 Verified review

Although Pete Williams had to change his set to a duo as opposed to his full band. The show was very good indeed. The venue is a very nice setting and the staff very helpful.

I have passed this venue on numerous occasions and never even new it was there. It is very easily confused with the Black Dyke Band and the names are too similar. May be the venue could at least have some form of advertising outside as the amount of people that pass through the mill daily must be many.

The What's on posters also need to be advertised further afield.

On the whole a lovely venue but needs more people to know about.

Black Dyke Mills Heritage Venue venue information

The Black Dyke Mills Heritage Venue is situated in Shed Mill – part of the Black Dyke Mills complex in Queensbury, Bradford. The Venue hosts concerts, exhibitions, workshops and events for active community engagement in the textile, transport and musical heritage of Queensbury.

Dress up warm - we try to make things as cosy as possible but we are in an old mill and Queensbury is not noted for its balmy climate. For all our live events we have hot food and drinks available from our cafe. We don't have a bar but (unless the event is aimed at under 18s) feel free to bring your own drinks!
