Review of A Evening with Simon King

                      Overall rating: 4.5 Verified review

It was not a music event hence the three stars. Brockholes is an excellent venue for Simon King - wildlife cameraman. The tickets were an extremely good price. Simon is a genuinely funny person with a great presence in front of an audience. He talked for two hours, and exuded enthusiasm right through until the end. We could have listened for longer.

What a wonderful, value for money evening. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the venue was comfortable, the buffet was ample and tasty and Simon, himself, is a wonderful story-teller who kept us fully entertained. I would recommend this evening and be happy to attend another.
