Really enjoyed the event but the venue was freezing cold. It really did distract from what was a lovely evening.

Fantastic show. Very talented performer. Venue bitterly cold. Some heating would have made the event much more pleasurable

Review of K pop demon hunters

These was a security risk to all children that attended.The number of adults that attended were no accounted for . Far too many people in the hall.Numbers going up into balcony became unsafe.Kpop people had no costumes on.Photo opertunities were non existent unless other kids in photo..no one manning the outside door after the first hour meaning anyone could have came in.Only 1 card machine for the bar and also the stalls.All in all kids wanted home within the first hour,as the film was also a disaster.Would like a refund please for all 8 tick*ts

Poor organisation of the event. The venue was great and looked the part, it had so much potential but a lot went wrong. Kids were bored and crying, parents fed up most left after an hour. Prices were very high for extras like £20 for hair braiding that costs a few pounds off China.  £5 for face paint. No options for buying snacks or drinks for the kids only alcohol and fizzy drinks. Entertainment company booked was very poor they had no character, didn't know how to entertain kids whatsoever, didn't turn to the event dressed up as the characters advertised just own clothes! The movie didn't work right they kept switching options on Netflix, the movie was playing with no audio! Dj was playing songs suitable for Ibiza not a kids party at a ridiculous volume it was vibrating through our bodies not safe for kids to be honest. Overall very poor, one of the worst parties I've ever been to sadly.
