Its the most wonderful time of the year!
Well we all know it can be slightly underwhelming really, especially when there are so many evil baddies in the world right now BUT as ever The Social Service are gonna do our best to focus on the positives where we can find them and spread joy joy JOY!
Saturday 5th December The Social Service crew are getting together with our pals for our annual wonky family celebration. This year we'll be wrapping ourselves in tinsel and grabbing a bucket of Baileys at the fabulous Piccadilly Central (Yes in TOWN) Expect luxurious drinks, riotous dancing and 7 hours of cracking music from The Social Service djs and our lovely pals. Most importantly we are hoping for a visit from the Big Guy himself - Secret Santa! But who will it be sliding down the chimney with a USB tucked into their red velvet hot pants? Your guess is as good as ours...
Previous Secret Santa's have included Kath McDermott, Neil Diablo and James Holroyd. Guess the Santa this time and you could win a year's free entry to our parties including 2 tickets for NYE.
On a serious note we all know that Christmas is actually about celebrating the birth of the baby Jesus. We couldn't get Him to make an appearance for the party but we will have our own "FIT JESUS" Gerrard Reilly with us who is celebrating his 40th on the night. Don't forget to wish him a happy birthday and give him the birthday bumps on the night.
We will as ever be fundraising on the night. This time at Gerrard's request all profits will be shared between a Palestine charity and the LGBT foundation who provide advice, counselling and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
