El Gato Negro Tapas

Welcome to El Gato Negro, an award-winning tapas restaurant and bar in an historic converted three storey town house on King Street, in the heart of Manchester city centre . Founder/chef patron Simon Shaw and his team creates seasonally-influenced dishes, combining modern and traditional Spanish flavours and techniques while taking inspiration and ingredients from closer to home. Our food is perfectly complemented by a superbly-chosen range of Spanish wines, sherries, spirits, tonics, beers and cocktails. Whatever you choose, you’ll always be made to feel welcome at El Gato Negro.
