To make sure the magic goes off without a hitch: please read our FAQs and the confirmation email sent with this purchase in the upcoming days of the show - they include everything you need to know to make this a smooth, unforgettable experience.

Our shows run to a tight, magical programme that can't be changed on the day, so following the instructions in advance is essential - if they're missed, your child may not get her moment on stage (though her gift box is always guaranteed). Refunds can't be offered for situations outside of our control, so please give this a read before booking.
