Was for children maybe should have had some seating. Staff were great and really helpful but unfortunately nowhere to put food or drinks except on the floor.

Mothers getting drunk around children at the age of 5. Really surprised at the venue even having a bar open at an event aimed at children. 
Woman so drunk she elbowed and pushed my daughter to gain her space at the front. Horrified. Wouldn't recommend any waste their money.

We got free tick*ts from our blue light cards & took a trip from Dundee through to Edinburgh for Girlypop. Got parked nearby, no queues, venue was a good size. Lots of stalls for merchandise, photo opportunities, food/drink, glitter, hair, face paints etc. It was laid out well that you could go freely between the main hall and the other stations so not stuck in one place the whole time. The tribute acts, compare & dancers were very good. Great atmosphere for the kids and parents. Plenty toilets and security were handing water to the kids at the front. The event on a whole was really well organised and we would definitely go again. My only negative was the sticky floors!

This event had potential but was poorly thought through. Over 3 hours with no seating and sticky floors was hard. Adults stood at the front and some with children on shoulders spoilt the view for smaller kids. The best acts were also right at the end by which point the kids were tired and over it. 

The acts were good but not always engaging. Beyonce for example was excellent but actually the kids didn't know her songs so were bored. 

I was also quite cross that prices were reduced closer to the event. Felt like I'd been ripped off for booking early. 

I might attend again in the future but would wait to buy tick*ts until last minute and likely only attend the second half.

Absolutely amazing day! My girls loved it!! There wasn't long wait time between acts and very little hanging around with nothing to do so they were kept entertained for the entire time we were there. Plenty things to do to keep the girls entertained and the singers and dancers were amazing and engaging, my girls were amazed by the full show.

Great venue with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of food concessions. Drinks are expensive. Tributes were amazing but too many songs from each so it felt a little dragged out and kids lost interest towards the 3rd hour there. Tick*t price very reasonable but extras like a smear of face glitter for £8 and attaching a coloured hair extension with a bobble for £25 were very overpriced.

Very pricey for merchandise, food and drinks otherwise it was a great experience.

Me and my daughter had the best time at girly pop. The acts were amazing and really engaged with the crowd. The food and merch stands were amazing and reasonably priced.  Would recommend to friends and family.

My granddaughter had a brilliant time.  Unfortunately long queues and bottle of freshly bought water to take in, was confiscated, but at least there was free water inside.
