About Kinky Boots

Kinky Boots comes to the London Coliseum in a new production starring Strictly Come Dancing’s Johannes Radebe. Based on a true story and the much-loved film, the musical follows Charlie Price, who inherits his family’s failing shoe factory, and Lola, the larger-than-life drag queen who may have the answer to saving it.

The show features Tony and Grammy Award-winning music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Harvey Fierstein and direction by Nikolai Foster. It won the Olivier Award for Best New Musical and tells a story centred on friendship and individuality.

Key facts: performances run from March 2026 for 17 weeks only at the London Coliseum. The role of Lola will be played by Tosh Wanogho-Maud on Thursday 26 March matinee, Friday 26 June, and all Monday performances from 6 April to 6 July.

No children under the age of 5 will be admitted to the auditorium. Relaxed performances and family friendly performances are sold only via the box office.
