nice venue lots of space, the screen cut out half way through for 2 mins however was resolved. tickets were not checked on entry so anyone could have gotten in realistically. no searches either. i understand it was busy however safety should be a priority. plenty of toilets available and queues weren’t too long for bar or toilet

Run out of drinks people could just stand outside railing and watch the same as me for nothing.some people brought there own food and drinks while we over paid for all ours no spirits only lager and cider which I do not drink would not pay for something like that again

Nobody checked if we had tickets.
Told couldn’t take chairs and some people were allowed in with chairs.
Picture on big screen went off couple of times during match

Didnâ??t enter the venue till after half 6 due to the cricket game not finishing on time and the tv screen went off twice whilst watching the game

Doors opened half hour late.
Terrible toilets facilities, no toilet roll or marked for separate genders and where filthy.
Little choice on the bar which had long waits unless cash was paid. Ran out of beer choices and the 2 available short choices. Tv kept going off during the match.
My elderly parents went home as there was no seating provided and no warning or we could of brought our own. The toilets where that bad they could not have stayed and used them. It was an absolute shambles. Really not suitable for children either. It should have been marked as 18 and over only, I would not have brought my family to this event if I had known. A total waste of money.

Extremely disappointed with event. We arrived to find people with no tickets just walking in. We paid £40 for 2 tiickets. We were led to believe there would be places to buy food and there would be bars at the venue. There were no food outlets in the venue. The bar was a row of tables selling shops bought cans of warm lager and cider. The so called giant screen was also a let down. I feel I have been totally ripped off. Can someone please contact me ASAP with details of how I can request a refund.

Overpricing on beers £5 a can come on that's extortionate. Also people getting in without ticket checking after we've paid its not on . Enjoyed atmosphere and being with family
