Review of Usher Bottomless Ball Pit Brunch Comes to Liverpool!

Planned this bottomless brunch for hen do and when we had arrived no one greeted us or advised us of what we needed to do they didn’t even check the tickets! The drinks were very average and you have to pay for additional things at the venue ie beer pong etc with is very expensive and they give you 4 cans of cider for this! The food was great just not enough as we had 8 in our party they brought out two pizza so we had to keep asking for more, would definitely not recommend this venue and it’s also has an awful smell on premises

Expected a Taylor Swift themed bottomless brunch - Spent £38 to receive 2 drinks over the course of the evening, which were not TS themed at all. Our server was rude and made homophobic comments to our group. The bar was empty during our sitting but service was still extremely slow - we ended up going to the bar for quicker service/get our own drinks - but they refused to serve us as we were part of the bottomless bunch sitting, despite waiting 30mins+ for our drinks. NEVER AGAIN

The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great but for £30 a ticket, I think it’s a bit expensive for not a lot going on
