Nocturne Single Release with Skin Flowers and Blood of Achilles

Theatrical progressive metal band, Nocturne, end the year with a party to celebrate both the release of their new single “Endless Abyss” AND the engagement of Milly & George (helps bring in the same band doesn’t it ;) )

Supporting are two very important bands to Nocturne:

Skin Flowers

Sexy Moody Metal

Skin Flowers have independently released several well received singles and an EP, pivoting into a hard hitting alternative metal 5 piece. With moving, provocatively lyrics and heavy, catchy riffs, Skin Flowers shines a dramatic light on life’s most melancholic aspects, with a sexy and alluring twist.

Founded in Liverpool, England, Skin Flowers has seen nationwide interest, having played gigs recently across England and Scotland, with global streaming success with the release of Endymion (2025).

Blood of Achilles

Progressive / Post Hardcore

Following the demise of their former band, Ryan Mallows (drums) and Phil Collier (vocals, guitar) combined with producer & versatile session musician Jon Lawton (lead guitar) and their long-time friend Jon Couch (bass) to form Blood of Achilles in early 2020.

Lawton’s post-hardcore influenced arrangements and song writing coalesced with Collier’s melodious and somewhat off-kilter vocals to create a chaotic yet calculated, progressive, heavy kind of music that cannot be pigeon-holed. Couch’s clever & thought-provoking bass hooks perfectly accompany Mallows’ thunderous rock drumming style to help contribute to a uniquely placed, genre-bending sound.
