Lucy Kitchen & E.R. Thorpe - Co-Headline Tour
Thom Morecroft | Lucy Kitchen
Our 2nd installment of our folk and Americana evening hosted by Thom Morecroft will bring you the double headliner tour of E.R Thorpe and Lucy Kitchen
Two distinctive voices in contemporary British songwriting come together for an intimate evening of folk, Americana and atmospheric storytelling.
Hampshire-based Lucy Kitchen combines the warmth of classic 1970s songwriting with songs shaped by nature, grief and transformation. Her acclaimed third album, In the Low Light, has established her as a quietly compelling voice in modern folk, with Clash describing her music as “utterly beguiling”.
Nottinghamshire songwriter and visual artist E.R. Thorpe brings a darker, cinematic edge. Produced by Jim Baron of Crazy P/JIM, her debut album Human Love pairs unusual fingerpicked guitar with vivid, emotionally charged storytelling and has received strong support from BBC Radio 6 Music.
Performing two separate but beautifully complementary sets, Lucy and Emma invite audiences into a close, absorbing listening-room experience where every lyric and detail can be heard.
For fans of Beth Orton, This Is The Kit, Aldous Harding, PJ Harvey and timeless, beautifully crafted songwriting.
