After 5 years of throwing successful events across South West London, and Surrey, the time has come for the first ever BACK IN TIME FESTIVAL taking place on Saturday 2nd of May 2026, 12-10pm at Esher Rugby Club, Hersham, Surrey!

Join in for a day jam-packed of good vibes and throwback grooves with Artists and DJ's who will as always be playing the best in SOUL, FUNK, BOOGIE, SOULFUL HOUSE, CLUB CLASSICS, R&B, and REGGAE.

VIP ticket holders will have access to the VIP Garden with a private bar, seating area, and who doesn't love a posh loo!

If you're hungry then grab something in the food village which will be serving amazing smash burgers, stone baked pizzas, and more.

If you've been to a BACK IN TIME party before then you know to expect, and if you're joining for the first time then get ready to be taken on a journey through time with non stop singalongs to keep you grooving all day, and night!

• Strictly over 25's (ID required and security reserve the right to refuse entry)
• Doors open 12pm / VIP last entry 3pm / General Admission last entry 4pm / Event close 10pm
• Dress code is Fun & Funky, festival outfits, comfy clothes and shoes welcome (please no sportswear)
• Card payments only to help with speed of service (no cash payments)
• All food & drink must be purchased on site so please do not bring any items with you
• No chairs or picnic blankets
• Strictly no drugs policy (security reserve the right to search, refuse entry & remove individuals)
• Nearest train station Hersham South Western Railway (2 min walk, limited parking available)
