My daughter went in with her friend (both 12) her friend got kicked down the stairs by a group of boys at 5 to and she went to check on her friend and they were both told to leave and not come back! Asked for a refund online & was told to contact the organisers but no answers

Absolute shambles stood in a queue for 1 hour and 15 mins to get to the door to be told adults weren't allowed in after buying a ticket so I'm now out of pocket disgrace!
