Originally from Bristol, Oliver and Demelza Bainbridge have shared over 15 years experience in running and reinventing community pubs together. Grasping the opportunity back in 2010 to move to Exmouth and continue their story, the couple accepted the challenge of doing it for one last time. With lots of help from friends and family, along with 3 months of hard graft, The Grapevine was finally born. 3 years on, one beer festival in the bag, a successful charity pub quiz and an impressive list of local bands on their side, it’s safe to say the pub is in no way slowing down in its quest to celebrate great beer, delicious food and local spirit. With a strong belief in the importance of independent businesses within a community, Ollie and Demi have been striving to provide an honest and friendly environment for locals and new comers alike.
