Review of Bloodstock Open Air
Bloodstock is a brilliant festival, great layout and size, good toilet facilities and good choice of catering vendors. Great atmosphere with so many friendly people. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Review of Bloodstock Open Air
A very well laid out and organised venue. Super friendly atmosphere and staff. You can't like every band that's on the bill but overall there's a very good selection of musical styles and with 4 stages there's generally something on one of them that will appeal. There are also some none music entertainments such as medieval sword fights, strong man competition. Prices for drink/food are typical for a large enclosed venue, i.e inflated so budget accordingly. This year you couldn't take your own drink into the arena even if it was in an opened container such as a plastic cup, drinking horn, tankard etc where in previous years this has been allowed. The change is to force you to buy alcohol in the arena. Showers on site are very good but £4 a go !!

Review of Bloodstock Open Air
Brilliant, family-friendly festival that has grown slowly over the last few years.
Easy to get to, campsite right next to the Arena (so no mile+ hike like Download!), the walk from the car park is a trek but, again, nothing compared to Download. Prices are about average for a Festival (ie. captive audience, so £4.50 for a beer) The regular campsites can be a bit raucous and are definitely party central, but the quiet campsite is great for families and those who prefer a decent sleep!
I've been 4 times now, once with friends, 3 times with my now 11yo son and I'd recommend it to anyone.
