Review of Chargecandy at Bloodstock Open Air

Had a fantastic time! The music was awesome and the venue is good.  Food and drink way overpriced but expected. Quite a lot of long queuing for almost everything except the bar! More staff needed or more stalls to spread the queues a bit (merch, for e.g.) More water points were needed in the main arena, too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the bands were fantastic and can't wait for next year!

Chargers are super slow and don't hold much charge

BOA was great but I felt really cheated by the inaccurate and misleading description of the charge candy "lockers". I booked one as it was described as a "personal locker" but it turned out to be a cloakroom service. I would not have booked it if I had known, as I am medically vulnerable and don't want someone else handling my items. They did give me a refund though. Also I think it's a con that they only offer to hire out their own chargers. There should be an option for those who want to charge their own chargers. At another festival I have been to there is an actual locker with an electrical socket in it - that is so much better - I wish BOA had those.

Really friendly service, perfect for keeping valuables safe during the event would definitely recommend them and will use again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, would definitely recommend and re-use this service again.
