Big Special have never been a band afraid to feel or to laugh. The Black Country duo, made up of childhood friends Joe Hicklin and Callum Moloney, are known for channelling big emotions with bigger noise.

Their sound is a bruising yet soulful blend of spoken-word poetry, punk, hip-hop, and electronica. They tackle themes of working-class struggle, social alienation, political frustration, and the realities of life in modern Britain.
