Winners to be announced at the end of the day (time TBC) with prizes sponsored by The Cake Decorating Supply Shop and Ebb & Flo Bookshop.
Adults can enter all three adult sub-categories, with a maximum of one entry per sub-category.
Under 16s can enter all three under 16s sub-categories, with a maximum of one entry per sub-category.
Adults
Yule log
- bake and decorate a classic Christmas chocolate Yule log. With a perfect swirl using a vanilla buttercream filling and decorate festively
Mince pies
- bake 6x classic mince pies with sweet shortcrust pastry and mincemeat filling
Gingerbread house
- Bake, assemble and decorate a Christmas gingerbread house, let your imagination run wild. Must stand a minimum of 6 inches tall including roof.
Under 16s
Christmas Cupcakes
- bake six vanilla cupcakes decorated with vanilla buttercream and edible Christmas decoration
Gingerbread Christmas shapes/tree decoration
- bake six festive gingerbread shapes and decorate with icing for a Christmassy twist. Why not add a hole and thread with ribbon ready to hang on your Christmas tree!
Christmas tree brownies
- bake a chocolate brownie traybake, slice into triangles and decorate like a Christmas tree using icing, sprinkles etc. please present a minimum of six trees.
